What the contact form collects
The contact form asks for your name and email address, which are required so we can reply, and a description of the process you would like to improve. Phone number, company, website, team size, current tools, operational challenge, task frequency, and timeline are all optional — leave any of them blank and the form will still submit.
We also record the time of submission. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of personal data, and you should not include them in the description field.
Why we collect it and where it goes
We use what you send only to review the process you described and to reply to you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.
When you submit the form, it is sent to our own server, which passes it to an automation service we operate. That service emails the inquiry to our support inbox and saves it to a private spreadsheet so we can track and follow up. The providers involved in that path are our website host, our automation platform, and Google, which provides both the email inbox and the spreadsheet. Each processes the information on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will remove it from both the inbox and the spreadsheet.
The AI advisor
The AI advisor is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person, and every experience discloses that. Voice conversations use your device microphone only while a call is active, and only after you choose to start one. Conversations are handled by the third-party platform that provides the advisor. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information with it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tracker. The AI advisor and our website host may set cookies or store local data necessary to make those features work. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated before it is switched on.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@jasey-enterprises.com and we will respond. If you would rather not use the form at all, that address reaches us directly.
Changes
If what we collect or how we handle it changes, we will update this page to match before the change takes effect.
